Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Delhi
Employment Status: Initial probation period for three months leading to permanent position based on performance
Educational Qualifications: Masters / Management degree in Human Resources or Masters in Social Work
Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in Human Resource Management, experienced in the entire gamut of HR function, personnel management and administrative capabilities. Exposure working in the HR function of creative industries will be desired.
Required Skills
- Proven and demonstrated skills in managing the whole function of recruitment. Ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. Ability to look at different and non-traditional sources of acquiring talent and efficiently managing deadlines to fill job positions
- Coordinating skills between geographies for all activities relating to HR, Admin, and Finance and for other office related queries
- Knowledgeable and capable with respect to employee counselling, financial liaison and administration
- Well versed and experienced in managing employee performance review process and subsequent decisions to be taken
- Capable of identifying capacity enabling programs for personnel in the organization, suggest and manage capacity and skill enhancing programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use effective judgement while dealing with conflict situations and very good decision making skills.
