We devote quality time to our methodology building and tools creation as these enable us to collect rich data from the outset and use them in different levels of development as inspiration, as support and as actual output.
Ethnography is a core expertise of the company. Ethnographic research helps in uncovering a myriad of emotional signs, cultural insights and revelatory mindsets often unnoticed by larger surveys.
